Alpha Industries Bomber and Flight Jackets

The original Alpha Industries bomber jacket is made of nylon, has an orange lining and an oversized fit. Meanwhile, Alpha Industries has been around for 60 years and due to changing trends in the fashion world and the growing enthusiasm for the jackets, we have made many modifications to the first pilot jacket that can be found in our collections.

As a matter of fact we didn't make the lining orange for design reasons. It was actually made to offer crashed pilots the possibility to wear the jacket inside out to draw more attention to the search troop. This reflects the high functionality as well as the well-considered design concept. All subsequent models are based on exactly that: quality, functionality and originality. This is how the simple summer versions MA-1 TT and MA-1 TT Hood were created, which today, just like our Basic T, are indispensable in any wardrobe. TT stands for the robust wind and rain repellent material Two Tone Nylon. In addition to the monochrome flight jackets there are of course some flashy pilot jackets too with which you draw the attention completely on you.
